Description

More powerful than a locomotive indeed!

I've always gravitated to For All Seasons because it's about the man and not the Superman. But there's no doubt when it was time to show off the super, Jeph and Tim delivered in spades!

IMHO, this is the premier double page splash in the miniseries. From framing the scene in profile to maximize the abrupt halt of the train, to placing Superman in the bottom left corner to emphasize the size difference between man and machine, every choice about the staging and composition is thoughtfully considered to create the perfect image.

I cannot thank Randy Saitta enough for parting with this and making sure it found its way into my collection.
