Description
Vader Vs. Valance...classic!

In case you were ever wondering why ESB was so good you can thank Archie Goodwin. Where could you first find bounty hunters, cruising through asteroid fields a and a circular space station run by a gambler? Not ESB, but instead Marvel's first Star Wars series!

It's a complete credit to the contribution of Archie Goodwin (can't type that name without thinking of Rex Stout stories) and Carmine Infantino to the Star Wars universe that the intervening years between ANH and ESB passed by with a little less fan frustration. Classic characters such as Valance the Hunter are etched into SW fans of the period. Easily a better character than Boba Fett. Yes, I went there.
