Description

Fantastic art by master illustrator Virgil Finlay. What makes this piece unusual is how early it is -- the art is dated 1935, the year that Finlay's first art was published when he was only 20 years old. This appears to have been a piece from Finlay's 1935 work on Midsummer's Night Dream. Purchased from Finlay's daughter, the art is signed with a distinctive "V" that Finlay used only on his earliest work.
