CAN'T Thank Bob Enough! Wanted an I.M. Cover and this fits everything I would have dreamed to own and more!!

What a great way to get a Romita Jr/Layton I.M. Cover!!

BOB LAYTON: "This is a personal issue that's been bugging me for 33 years.
Back when I started my first run on Iron Man at Marvel, I was a relative unknown there. One of the deals I made with the EIC was that I would be involved with every cover that I did the interior art on.
Well, Big John Verpoorten (rest his soul) didn't know me from Adam at the time and sent the cover I was supposed to ink to the WRONG BOB! (In this case, Bob McLeod). It was an honest mistake but I was understandably disappointed. More so-- when I saw the finished cover and realized that SPYMASTER'S LEFT LEG WAS MISSING!!!! I always meant to fix this mistake at some point, but nobody has ever requested a recreation of #117. I had a slow week--so I finally got around to fixing it."

Even as a recreation this is a stunning piece... not only did the Quintessential Iron Man artist do it...it's just Awesome!
