The Global Guardians Against the Lord of Time

I consider myself very lucky that I got into DC just when Crisis and Who's Who were happening. Having all those universes worth of characters thrown at me then has kept me interested in DC for all these years. One of those groups that I found out about, the Global Guardians, feel into that category of characters who looked ~great~ in Crisis / WW but always seemed kinda eh~ when I'd actually read their stories.

When I realized that Eduardo was taking commissions (he did the original WW pin-up) I knew what I wanted to ask him to do for me. Even though I'd only asked for a few of the Guardians he went and threw them all in -and- made it work. Man this guy's good. You've got the Lord of Time there just off center and the Guardians around him - Bushmaster, Dr. Mist, Godiva, Green Fury, Icemaiden, Impala, Jack O'Lantern, Little Mermaid, Olympian, Owlwoman, Rising Sun, Seraph, Tasmanian Devil, Thunderlord, Tuatara and the Wild Huntsman. I'll definitely be asking for something else from Mr. Barreto. Original size 11x17
