Samuel Clarke Hawbaker Original Cover Art from Para Cops 1, published in 1998, by Excel Graphics. Same cast of characters as the other cover I listed by him.Again we can just see the Neal Adams influence and it has the same vibe as a lot of the artists comming out of Continuity from that era like Dwayne Turner, Texeira,Mark Beachum and the likes. Huge double page spread/front and Back cover in pencil and inks.Great stuff from a too rare artist :)
