Description

Femme Noir by writer Christopher Mills and artist Joe Staton is a pulp-inspired series featuring a mysterious trenchcoat & fedora-clad crimefighter occasionally referred to as "The Blonde." I really enjoyed the series, which is collected in a trade paperback published by Ape Entertainment. The website http://www.femme-noir.com also contains several online stories. Staton drew this nice sketch of his shadowy heroine on Free Comic Book Day at Jim Hanley's Universe.
