Description

Tommy is one of the most underated artists of today. He is truly incredible. I have always loved seeing the sketches that he has done at conventions, but have either never had the money or haven't been able to get on his commission list. Thankfully for Wizard World Philly 2005 I set out with a goal of getting him to do a commission for me. After contemplating for awhile what he could do with the Flash besides running it hit him, have him getting his ass kicked. Is this Gorrilla Grodd sporting some neat glasses or just a case of tough monkey love? Only Tommy knows the answer to that. If you ever have the opportunity to get a commission by him, make sure you do. This image was done on two pages of my sketchbook and had to be spliced together using Photoshop. He has worked on the Dark Knight for the past couple years for DC Comics and has recently worked on ToeTags (zombies!!!). His future projects include Evil Ernie for Devil's Due Publishing.
