JLA/Avengers: Death of Zatanna

I’m totally blown away by this. I asked for a Crisis Homage or reimagining of the Supergirl #79 cover drawn by Ed Benes which was itself a homage of sorts to the original Crisis cover #7. I had long considered that based on events in the JLA/Avengers crossover and Avengers Disassembled that it might be cool to see what would happen if the Scarlet Witch losing control of the chaos magic had inadvertently killed Zatanna. Would she break and feel remorse for killing someone good and pure in magic? There were several heroes I would’ve like to have included in this but only had so much landscape. So we decided since this was loosely related to the Crisis why not the heroes from different timelines, eras or realities? So for the JLA I went with some of my favorites: Jade, Zauriel, Red Tornado, the Phantom Stranger, Faith, Martian Manhunter, Fire, Aquaman, Cyborg, Supergirl, Firestorm, Geoforce, Flash, Captain Atom, Booster Gold, Powergirl, Manitu Dawn, Wonder Woman, Batman, Krypto, Superman, Green Lantern and of course Zatanna. For the Avengers I went with Warbird, Sentry, Nova, Wonderman, Dr Strange, Black Knight, Goliath, Jack of Hearts, Vision, Red Wolf & Lobo, Hercules, Ares, Songbird, Genis-Vell, Wolverine, Thundra, Killraven, Captain America, Quasar, Iron Man and Thor. Oh and obviously the Scarlet Witch.
