I hear that. I met Bernie years ago at a signing at my LCS. There was basically no one there and I couldn't think of a thing to say; I didn't even ask for a sketch. Dumb!

we had dinner with some friends. he wasn't a big talker. his wife did most of that. very nice. i showed him the daredevil i posted recently. he asked if it was inked with brush. when i answered yes, he squinted and put his face close to the paper and said," beautiful work". i nearly shat.
