I consider myself very lucky that I stumbled across Anthony Synder's site just as these pages were going live for sale. The Mighty Crusaders comic that Rich Buckler did for Archie in the early 80's were some of the very first comics that I ever bought. If you've never read them think Rich Buckler trying to do a version of Roy Thomas's All-Star Squadron. There are some pages, some panels, that to this day I remember. Not in the sense of generally remembering something but I can clearly remember the image(s) from when I was 13(?).

There were a lot of things that I liked about this series but the one thing that I never warmed to was this version of the Comet's costume. It looked too much like a bad swami outfit. I've always preferred the one that looks like Cyclops's.
