Description
A splendid full face splash page of the Silver Surfer by superstar artists Olivier Coipel. His art in the Thor relaunch is par to none in my opinion and this is a great example. The cosmic background is so epic and present you feel like you're on the board with him. I also really like the fact he drew him as being part of his board. And of course, great inks by mr Morales as always.

This is the best Silver Surfer image I've seen in some time. A sincere congrats on this one Frederic! That image of the Surfer's right foot being one with his board stuck with me when I read the comic-you're so right about how cool that is!

Absolute perfection.  Lens flare in panel three...?  Solid black panel 5, existing only as a visual narrative tool to allow the Surfer's foot/board to pop (and reinforce the blackness of the stage providing this cosmic backdrop)...?  The perfect Silver Surfer page.  Brilliant, Fred.
