Tender Offering by Kelly Freas

No question that this is the time to get Kelly Freas pieces while the years-long liquidation of his collection continues. This is a nice piece with a title. The paper is a consistent color. The piece is in a matt which is, in wrapped in plastic, which, in turn has stickers which help authenticate it which I don't want to lose. So, it scans off color. I tried to use the copy tool to get it to match but ran into the problem of doing the bits tlhat are too close to the art and gave up.
