Description

It's here! This piece has been awhile in the making and was well worth the wait. He even worked in the helmet for me.

I was first introduced to Clay's work in 2008 when Marvel brought him in as a fill-in artist for Daredevil #111. I loved the issue so much I was lucky enough to pick up 2 pages from the issue.

At the end of 2010 Clay started doing some commission pieces and when I heard I contacted Clay to set something up. It's taken some luck and patience but this piece was well worth the wait! Many thanks to Clay for finding the time to deliver an amazing commission and I enjoyed meeting Clay at the 2011 Heroes Con.

Supremely vivid yet the slighly -out-of-focus effect makes this all the more interesting. Clay is extremely gifted, and I just wish that there was more of his work out there for me to get my hands on and digest visually. This Wolverine piece is a prime example of why I'm so excited about his artistic sensibilities. Outstanding commission, George!
