Great vaudeville-style prohibition gag. The title is "You Can't Tell What You're Drinking These Days", in pencil at the top. Strip was reformatted with a pencil line and second copyright notice and pasted-on signature in 1923 for an unknown use.

I doubt Bud Fisher had much or anything to do with the writing or drawing of this strip. Of Fisher's two main assistants at this time, Ed Mack and Billy Liverpool, this looks more like the work of the former to me.
