Description
Great comics have great villians and the Sphinx was one of the best things about my nostalgic favorite, Nova.

This page recounts the origin of Sphinx - not perfectly edited but that is how it was published (see if you can find the mistakes)

What I see is the "old wizard" with a beard wandering into the to temple...all of a sudden he's without a beard with the Sphinx's weird head gear...is that waht yer talking about Mark? Btw...GREAT page!

Yes, that is the logical error- the guy with the beard is Aaron not Sphinx - there is another editing miss as well.

The other could probably be the spelling of "Arron," but that's not why I stopped by ... great page, splash, series, artists, and pick up, congrats!!

Hi Joe, Thanks for the comment - I usually spell the name Aaron myself but that is not the second error I noted - close though

Even the snakes look like they were drawn by Sal :) That's a powerful artist.

When you run out of ideas, turn to the bible for help. Ka, Ka, indeed. They had some bad writers in the seventies.
