Description

This was the first piece of art I got paid for as a professional comic book artist. It was a nine piece trading card set for Majestic Comics, done 1993. The penciler was Dan Lawlis.
I just got back in touch with him three months ago, and he still had the art. He was nice enough to let me have it back for my collection.

Having the nine card pieces in the base set was pretty much equivalent to reading a comic. Great art and the pieces acted like panels. Your inking really added to the dramatic storyline unfolding here. Pretty awesome.. and it's great that it's now in your hands. :)
