Death - Uko Smith

Prior to Comicon this year I used CAF to look at art that was done by artist that were going to be in attendance and really liked Uko's stuff.

I asked Uko if he could do me up a Death without any direction and this is what he came up with. I was blown away with the result, instead of the perky goth Death he created this tragic scene with Death as part of the damaged building and god like above the scene. The passive expression on her face was a great reminder that Death is always there doing her job.

Uko was really nice to deal with and someone I would get another commission from in the future.
