December 2004 : I wrote Will Eisner, asking if he could do a pencil sketch, with some ink in it. I wanted this to illustrate an article about the art of inking. I was asking him how much he would charge : 2 weeks later he sent me this, for free!!??! sadly he passed away a few days after that. A wonderful man
