Tomorrow Woman (Neo Victorian) by Michelle Sciuto

For a while now I've been thinking of getting Tomorrow Woman and other characters in different types of dress (steampunk etc...). I was hoping to get a sketch of Tomorrow Woman in a a steam punk look recently at NYCC but it didn't fall through and just after NYCC I was browsing deviantart and I saw Michelle's work in which she's envisioned numerous characters in Neo Victorian garb and quickly liked her style. Particularly I love the sleeve esque frills in Tomorrow Woman's outfit here as they're a nice callback to her regular outfit's translucent skirt.
