DescriptionAnother sketch from Dragon Con! This one's of Witchblade whom I had a love hate relationship with in my youth.I loved the book because it was pretty, and in general she was portrayed as a decently strong female character (or so my 17 year old me remembers). But I was frustrated by it because it would just keep doing these painfully blatant T&A shots for absolutely no reason. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for T&A...but in it's rightful place. Ah, cognitive dissidence... Anyway, for this little picture of her I tried to add just hint of the great Gil Elvgren to style to it. It ended up being not as much as I may have set out to do - because every time I tried to do something super cute and sexy, it just stopped feeling like Sara. Anyway, I hope you all dig. I personal favorite part of this is the ripped pantie-hoes  Social/Sharing |

This turned out nicely in my opinion. Agreeing with your T&A opinion, I've seen it makes up a lot of Top Cow. Like you said, nothing wrong with it time to time, but it seems to be over exuberant and continuously spreading.

Long time fan of Witchblade... always loved the strength of Sara Pezzini. You captured that beautifully, Comfort. I can see how hard you tried to balance out the character and the issues you were having. All I can say is job very well done, my friend. :)
