Death by Frank Cho 2 (or Frank C. is a Bad man!)

The origins of the post-it are shrouded in mystery; either there's a giant perv who commanded Frank to do a piece that exceeded even his standards of decency (his story), or a giant prude who demanded redrawing of any potential naughtiness (my story). Perhaps the truth lies somewhere in between.
(Yes, that is a Castor on the note, and yes, I do know Frank's predilection for all things 'Crying Game')
