I'm especially proud I was able to track down this artist to Brazil and buy these pages, which points out two trends I have seen in comic art that will be affecingt collections in the future. It seems more and more art is being "farmed out" overseas, for the same reason any job is, to save money. No particular problem there for me, but then I'm not a comic book artist. My problem is more and more "original" art is now generated from the art in the pencil stage, with either electronic inking, inki9ng over blueline print, or no inks at all. This trend I really do not like (bare pencils just seam so temporary).
