Description

Another trend is comics going to 20 pages rather than 22 or longer. Well, enough b!tching again, now for my review of "The New 52". Went to the comic shop to purchase Action #1 just like our ancient ancestors did eons ago. All were sold out, just like the "Death of Superman" in the early 90's. So like our acient ancestors, logged onto Ebay to buy my first isste of Action. I must admit Superman is my favorite character, but the last Superman comic I actaully purchases regularly (read is another story) was Superman and Batman back in 2006 or so. I haven't read a really good Supermanj run since Curt Swan back in the 60s, 70s,and 80s, especially anything in the 00s. Right now, I actaually have my first mail in subscripton ever for Action Comics. I started out purchasing Action, Jsutice League, Stormwatch, Swamp Thing, and Reserrection Man, all comics I have bought in the past. We are now up to issue #4, and I'll still be purchasing Action and Swamp Thing. Will be droppin the others as regular purchases, and I never ever really got into the new Superman. My other third pull for 2012 will be Chew (just too good).
