DescriptionI commissioned this piece by the 5 time Emmy award winning animator Phil Ortiz. He has worked on many of the Simpsons comics published by Bongo along with tons of other animation gigs that include the Flintstones, The Smurfs, and Richie Rich cartoons in the '70s and '80s to name just a very few.
