This is the original production art used by Marvel Comics for CONAN #22 (page 27), which was published in 1973. This number was a reprint of CONAN #1, which was the begining of the famous collaboration between Barry Windsor-Smith and Roy Thomas in CONAN THE BARBARIAN.

Very cool page, Joan. When Marvel mishandled the story script for CONAN #22, they had no time to rewrite and draw a new story before the publication deadline. So, they did the next best thing, Marvel reached into their archives of their best CONAN stories ever written and decided to reprint CONAN #1 in its entirety. Fun stuff!
