Nice score. I'm not usually a fan of Phil's static hands on hips poses, but this piece feels dynamic and different from the norm.

Agreed. The wider stance in the legs, the push of the cape to the left, and the hair flowing in the same direction all seems to imply some movement; a breeze, perhaps. Thus, more dynamic than other Noto works.
