Description

In my opinion, this is one of the most iconic images of Torpedo out there (with such a wonderful cityscape!), so, when the Spanish gentleman Miguel Angel Dominguez has posted it on his CAF Gallery, I've ... pulled the trigger veeery quickly! Thank you very much, Miguel ... and many thanks to Master Jordi!
This drawing is actually a re-creation (with some little difference) of the middle panel in the first page of the story "Qu� tiempos aquellos", which is now used as main image of the character on its Wikipedia page.
Very similar drawings have been used as cover and/or promotional image (see additional images).

This has just the right feel to it. The cityscape is exceptional, but Torpedo steals the scene.

Hey David,

Funny story. I contacted Miguel to get a commission from Mr. Bernet and requested a panel recreation. I sent him a handful of panels from the early Torpedo stories that I liked and he did the one that's in my gallery. But right afterwards I saw that this one was on the website which was another one of the panels I had sent him. Congrats on snagging it!
