Description
I purchased this back in the mid 1990's. Was published on page 104 of The FLEISCHER STORY. Just an incredible image of one of my favorite Fleischer Popeye shorts. Only thing to make it perfect would be if you could see Popeye's face. If anyone has a copy of the final product (if it was even produced) please let me know.
