Cloak & Dagger 15 Page 12 by Rick Leonardi & Al Williamson

Another great C&D page by modern master Rick Leonardi. Here we have Cloak goign through a wide range of emotions and that's what appealed to me.In the first panel, he's in excruciating pain and I have rarely seen such a brilliant example of a character in pain. No scream here, he's just crushed by it and his face is barely recongnizable. In the second panel, the pain gets even worse and takes over the whole body, which is also reflected in the way the cape folds. And in the last panel, he's really anxious regarding Dagger. And look how she reacts to him in every panels. This is extraordinary storytelling IMHO! What an artist!
