You have a very nice depiction of action, Stuart. I can nonetheless see areas that need some improvement. Let's start with the face. Jean Grey is still an appreciatively young woman, and all those wrinkles you've drawn have aged her about 30 to 40 years. The hair is way to "Bride of Frankenstein" with too many split ends... Jean's hair is long and flowing with lots of body.

About her hands: good job on the thumbs, but it's very rare that you'd catch both hands (especially female hands) in a pose where the knuckle to the tip of the finger blocks out the rest of it. We would see the base of the fingers a little wider than the very tip. On her left hand you would definitely see the fingers bending because it�s at an angle. Other than that, there is a very good overall composition.

However, Wolvies right hand is doing something anatomically impossible. It's like his hand morphs when it bends according to this drawing because the blades aren't at a sharp enough angle. If you look at his left hand in your drawing, the devices are placed on the back of the hands right below the row of knuckles. On his right hand it's almost like they start at the base of the wrist.
