Description

On a parallel of the Original Comic Art comes the Fantasy Art printed via the once huge market of the RPG ( role-playing games ! ) and this Awesome and Magnificent painting is the cover of the Talisman of Death ( 1984 ), a Fighting Fantasy book ( for those who remember Steve Jackson and Ian Livingston !! )
More than that it IS the earliest and BEST of my memories, it is the cover that blew my mind as a kid and made me want to become an artist ( which I'm not but I did pursue Art school for 6 years ), as for today I'm still doing RPG in the old traditionnal way and that book gave me inspiration for a lifetime like the modern Muse of Fantasy !!!!

i never had the patience or imagination to RPG, but hey, i can see where a painting like this could be motivating! congrats on connecting with this piece of yer childhood!

Not sure how I missed this painting but WOW!!! Getting a Peter Andrew Jones is hard enough, much less finding one like this! Huge Congrats on another great piece in your collection.
