DescriptionA great Sternako homage by the indefatiguable Herb Trimpe, although in 1977 I didn't know who Steranko was. Ahem. I have exact memories of buying this comic at a drug-store in Banff, Canada, which at the time was a really small mountain resort. My family had a cabin there, and Gourlay's Drugs was the ONLY place that had a comic rack. A seven year-old needs something to do when surrounded by boring pristine wilderness and awe-inspiring natural beauty! A great page to recapture a great childhood memory. The page, the third in my SHIELD Helicarrier collection, was purchased on E-Bay from Tom Donelly at Cool Lines Art.Social/Sharing |
