Description

This was the first sketch I got in March 1993 at Heroland Comics in Worth, IL. Got there... thought it was just going to be a signing... realized Curt was sketching... I think the bust was about $25... got it inked by Chuck Fiala for I think about $5-10.
Right before Curt drew my sketch... he did a full figure Superman with the Earth behind him (if I remember correctly). To this day I contend it's the greatest drawing of Superman I've ever seen. It was auctioned off later that day for charity. If anyone knows where that sketch is, I'd love to see it again.
Curt was awesome... and it's a great memory.
