DescriptionThere have been many characters named "General Zod" in the DC universe. The one you are seeing here is the Russian General Zod. If you go to Wikipedia, you will also see this cover art posted in the description. What I like most about this cover is the published version. The cover has a lower inscription that reads "KNEEL BEFORE..." which to me is a reference to the second Superman movie where General Zod yells at Superman "Come to me, son of Jor-El, kneel before Zod!"
