mega man: Roll is still kidnapped! Dr. Wily is still on the loose! Dr. Light's in custody because they think he's involved somehow.

Middle Panel
Cut Man: Hey, we will find and rescue Roll!... and bring wily to justice and all that other stuff!

Cut man: At least we know Wily isn't here, sir. Let's regroup with the other Robot Masters.
