Description
Nei Ruffino was sharing a booth with J. Scott Campbell at SDCC 2012 and I just saw this out there. Even though I had spent too much money already, I couldn't resist. Oddly enough, she's known as and advertises herself as a digital colorist and I've found little or no reference to her doing pencil or ink work. This face is very memorable.
