This page illustrates Peter Parker's state of mind as he is waking from a two week slumber induced by Kraven, realization that Kraven placed Spider-man on an other worldly level, his need for Mary Jane, and his determination to crawl up from the depths in which he is buried.
This is a great example of being beyond determined even in the face of great opposition.
