Bow Tie Wearing Sonic by Unknown Artist

Another sketch card I had bought off of eBay, signed on the back by "Chase Gold". I am unsure whether this is actually professionally done or Sonic comic related, so if anyone has any information about this sketch, please let me know. Regardless, it's a cool drawing of Sonic; I believe it is supposed to be Sonic in his Black Tie suit from Sonic Rivals, possibly. Still a bit odd to have a drawing of Sonic wearing a bow tie...
