Stan Goldberg : Millie the Model #117 Complete 4-Page Story Chapter "Part Two: The Other Millie" (Marvel, 1963). Millie as Gina Loren! Haha. Four pages of original art from the marvelous Millie's yarn, "Millie Goes to Rome." Millie ran without interruption from the end of World War II into 1972, making her one of the most durable and beloved of all of Marvel's characters. Image area 12.5" x 18.5".

Stan Goldberg's art is gorgeous from the early '60's era of "Millie," the period in-between the more humorous Dan DeCarlo art, and the more realistic soap-opera-ish style that Stan adopted in the mid-'60's. All those styles had their plusses, but this era, for me, had just the right balance of humor and glamor.
