Description

Besides enjoying the art that other people post one of the nicest features of the CAF site is to look at samples of artists at upcoming conventions to see who I might be interested in getting a sketch from.

THe art posted for Reilly looked really clean and had character. While I was wondering around in a haze Wednesday night at the 2012 SDCC totally overwhelmed I kind of bumped into his table and remembered that I liked the stuff that had been posted.

I asked him if he coould do me up a Death and this is what he drew up. I really liked the dying roses in one hand almost discarded and the live rose in the other where her attention is at. The causal demeanor of the character is a cool reminder of how casual life and death can be.
