This item is in NEAR MINT (comic book terms) condition for the prints/plates and the folder....The envelope is showing handling / shelf wear along the edges and the corners, and is in FINE / VERY FINE condition....Like new for the pieces/plates and the folder, with very slight handling wear...and the envelope is showing handling / shelf wear along the edges and the corners...
