Description
I'll bet your wondering why I would buy a page from "Before Watchmen: Rorschach" without Rorschach in the page? I have several reasons. The first is that this page is a complete story within itself. Look at it and you will see. Another reason is that it doesn't need narration nor dialog to convey what is happening. It is a perfectly encapsulated page that sets the tone for the city in which this Rorschach story line occurs. The most personal reason is that it reminds me so much of NY in the 70s and 80s. The final reason is that Lee Bermejo is a brilliant artist and he outdid himself with this page.

I totally agree with you, Michael: regardless of the lack of the main character, this is a wonderful page indeed, a perfect sample of Bermejo's amazing talent. Congrats!

Rorschach or not - this is a work of art ! By far the best looking book of the bunch (and a great page too) ! Congrats !

No reason to wonder at all why you bought this page. It's masterfully drawn and designed. WOW!
