This prelim confuses me. "I'm trying to avoid a sparkly-crystals-and-pegasuses kind of approach" is what Christy Marx said on io9 back in June, yet here is an image of (what I hope is) Max. Beautiful, but confusing, prelim. Guess we'll just have to wait & see :)

Did you see that Amethyst is also going to be appearing in the Justice League Dark comic? Never really thought of her as a "Dark" sort of character.
