In Aug 2011 my husband got a weekend pass to Fan Expo in Toronto. He had some of the artists attending the convention do some sketches on the blank variant comic book for me. Jonathan Hickman signed the top left corner to Fan Expo Toronto 2011 and Steve Epting signed the top right.
