I got this at APE in '10. I wasn't expecting Bill would be doing any sketches or anything, but when I got there he mentioned he had a couple of slots available. I jumped right on it but had no idea who I wanted. I love his classic style so I thought an army girl pinup would be appropriate. I think she came out so awesome.
