FINALLY!!! Above you will see a concept sketch of Mr. Freeze that Mr. Matsuda did for The Batman animated series. This piece has been in the works for quite some time. Different situations on my end had prevented me from bringing it home sooner. A BIG THANKS goes out to Dave W. for understanding and helping me get this. You are THE BEST!!!
