Ed's Superman covers pop up for sale once in a blue moon. Let alone one with Supes fighting a major villain with full city backgrounds that extends onto a second board!!! Needless to say I jumped when I saw this was available!

I love Ed's take on Supes and Bats. This run is what made me fall in love with Ed's art, well before his Hulk run. Congrats on a great piece, it's a terrific addition to your amazing collection!Is the spillover art on a half board?

Yes it is. First time I've ever encountered a cover like this. I'm curious to see what the back of the published comic looks like!

The back of the issue has a standard full-page ad. They never used the full image outside of promo articles for the Loeb run.
