Stephane Roux - Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman

Ever since I saw Stephane's Birds of Prey covers, I have loved everything he has done: covers, interiors, pinups, you name it. I have been very fortunate to purchase some beautiful commissions from Stephane in the past and love how he completely captures the character in his work. I asked Stephane about possibily doing something pin-upy with a few different characters. He settled on the Invisible Woman and this is what I received!

Right about the bat, the work on Sue's face is flawless, esepcially her eyes. Just perfect. Also in there is a very subtle amount of cheescake, completing fufilling the pin-up part of the request. The fading effect really makes the piece, going from very detailed hair and a completly rendered suit to the invisible, well, everything else! It's amazing with Stephane can do with the markers. Above all else, the markers are what makes this pop. A complete home run on every level! Couldn't be happier!!
