Description

it was around 2002 and Phil was doing covers for Batgirl and had yet to do someof those really amazing pieces that he does, and my Frien Jim owned a very small Comic Store and he got Phil Noto and Tim Townsend to come over and do some sketches and sign some books for us in the tiny town of Ocala, I was humbled by the artistic talent Phil had, because in a matter of less than 5 minutes he drew this awesome piece that is my very first piece of original art that i got commissioned, best of all he said "it's ok, Im just really glad you love it" it's been on my wall ever since, I have seen him several times after and i have yet to truly express to him how much this piece means to me. Done on a Comic Backer Board with pencils
